The Sitka Community Land Trust’s first neighborhood, S'us' Héeni Sháak Community, is located in the 1300-1400 block of Halibut Point Road. The entire neighborhood has 14 homes with two and three-bedroom layouts.

The next phase in the neighborhood is currently underway with the construction of six, 2 bedroom, 1 bath affordable apartments rentals.
