We have six thoughtfully designed home designs, each available in various sizes and prices.
Customize your chosen design with a range of options to make it uniquely yours.
All of our homes are built to 6-star or 5-star+ energy standards and are pressure-tested upon completion. They are all electric and come with efficient heat pump heating systems.
Materials and appliances come in a typical package with some upgrades available. You choose from a select color pallet for several finishes. The interior paint will be white but can be changed after purchase.

Once your home is under construction, you will have certain choices from a pallet of products.
Accessibility
Do you have mobility issues? Do you need other accessible features?
We will adapt designs to meet your needs. The Alder plan is a two-bedroom one one-story layout, and the Elderberry plan is a three-bedroom one-story layout. Both of these plans can be adapted to a prospective buyer’s accessibility needs. Several house lots have direct access to parking.
