The 3-bedroom home is in the design phase with a committee working with the architect, Ben Kraft, of Northwind Architects LLC. This is the proposed house size for 3 bedroom: 1168 sqft, 2 story.
Once the 7 homes are built and occupied, the City and Borough of Sitka is committed by ordinance to give the SCLT lots 1410 and 1414 Halibut Pt Rd (see GIS image) for Phase II, the construction of 7 more cottages. The Rasmuson Foundation is also committed to funding the development of the land for Phase II.
