These are the proposed house sizes for the two larger homes: The 2 bedroom is 824 sqft, two story. The 3 bedroom is 1168 sqft, 2 story.
The 2-bedroom design is almost complete.
Once the 7 homes are built and occupied, the City and Borough of Sitka is committed by ordinance to give the SCLT lots 1410 and 1414 Halibut Pt Rd (see GIS image) for Phase II, the construction of 7 more cottages. The Rasmuson Foundation is also committed to funding the development of the land for Phase II.
